NEW YORK (May 5, 2008) — Not to be outdone by its mass-market counterparts, Kmart will debut a young men’s surf and skate-inspired collection, called Boarding, this summer. The line, which will launch at Kmart stores in early June, will retail from $12.99 to $22.99.

NEW YORK (May 9, 2008) — Premium denim brand True Religion Apparel, Inc. on Thursday reported a 34.7 percent jump in first-quarter income to $6.9 million, or 29 cents a diluted share, from $5.2 million, or 22 cents in the same year-ago period. Sales for the quarter soared 47.4 percent to $53.4 million from $36.2 million.
